Colours of products and certain visual details may vary slightly in person due to screen display settings or production variances. We are updating our product designs as we grow and so there will vary in design but still perform the same functionality. -

Customer reviews are collected and displayed through Judge.me. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to display it on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate. -

Higher Self Portal

Access and Eligibility
Access to the Higher Self Portal is provided exclusively to customers who have purchased the Higher Self Journal. By accessing the portal, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms provided within the portal itself. -
Non-Transferable Access
Access to the Higher Self Portal is strictly for personal use and may not be shared, transferred, or resold to others. Any unauthorised sharing of access credentials may result in termination of your access without refund. -
Content Use
All content within the Higher Self Portal, including videos, meditations, guides, and tools, is copyrighted and owned by Middle Pillar or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. -
Termination of Access
Middle Pillar reserves the right to revoke access to the Higher Self Portal if these Terms are violated or if the associated product purchase is refunded or cancelled. -
Disclaimer of Liability
The resources in the Higher Self Portal are provided for informational and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Use of the portal content is at your own discretion and risk.
Orders and Payments
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to Shopify’s Payments Terms.
- Shipping: Shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, are outlined during checkout. We partner with third-party shipping providers to fulfil orders. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Returns: Refund requests for returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition - unused, with no signs of wear and tear or damage. Customers are to cover the cost of return postage and packaging. To initiate a return, please email hello@wearemiddlepillar.co.uk with your order number, a brief explanation of your return request, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will provide further instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and posted back to the address provided in response to your return request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will only be processed for items meeting the return conditions. Middle Pillar reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that are damaged, used, or not securely packaged during return transit.
- Middle Pillar shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather interruptions affecting delivery delays, strikes, or interruptions in internet service. Delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer are their responsibility.
Cancellations and Refunds
Physical Products
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at Hello@wearemiddlepillar.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.
Refunds for Returns
Refunds for physical products will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details on how to initiate a return and the conditions for eligibility.
Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, including access to the Higher Self Portal, downloads, or other online resources, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that you waive your right to a refund upon delivery.

Subscriptions
Subscription-based products, such as the 3-monthly journal subscription, may be cancelled at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. Refunds will not be provided for the current billing period or any products already dispatched.

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Bianca Caplan and Middle Pillar or is licensed for use. This includes but is not limited to the registered trademark Middle Pillar®.
